What is the purpose of the Reflectus system?

The Reflectus system is designed to facilitate, simplify and automate the reflection and feedback processes. The web-based platform is used to coordinate these processes. By logging into your account on the Reflectus online platform, you will be able to create reflection questionnaires, schedule the sending of reflections and analyse the collected data.

How can I try Reflectus for free? What will I get in the trial?

To try Reflectus for free, all you need to do is create an account on the Reflectus online platform and you will immediately benefit from all the advantages of the system.

 

During the trial you will have access to all Reflectus functionalities, but after 30 days your access to the Reflectus online platform will be restricted. After the trial period, all the data you have collected will be stored in Reflectus. You will need to purchase a Reflectus licence to continue using Reflectus services.

How can I create Reflectus account?

To create Reflectus account:

  1. Log in to the Reflectus online platform at http://edu.reflectus.lt;
  2. Click on the “Register” button;
  3. Fill in all required fields;
  4. Click on the “Register” button;
  5. Confirm your email address.

 

Notice. To use Reflectus services, you must agree to the Reflectus Terms and Conditions of Use. You can read them by clicking on the link provided in the registration window.

How can I verify my account‘s email address? Why didn‘t I get a confirmation email?

You must confirm your email address in order to use the Reflectus system:

  1. Once you have successfully created a new Reflectus account, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided;
  2. Open the email and click on the link provided;
  3. If you have followed all the steps correctly, you will be redirected back to the Reflectus online platform, where you will see a notification of your successfully validated email address.

 

If you do not receive or are unable to use the account verification link:

 

  • Please check carefully that you have entered your email address correctly;
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately, try waiting up to 10 minutes or check your spam mail folder;
  • If the link you received in the email is inactive (i.e. you can’t click on it), copy the link, paste it into the address bar of your browser and open it;
  • If you see an error message when you open the link you received, try copying the link and opening it with another web browser;
  • If you still don’t receive the account verification link, please fill in the Reflectus support form or contact us at pagalba@reflectus.lt.
What if I forget my login password? Why didn't I receive a password reset link?

If you have a Reflectus account but don’t remember your Reflectus password:

 

  1. Log in to the Reflectus online platform at http://edu.reflectus.lt;
  2. Click on the “Forgot your password?” button;
  3. Enter the email address you used to register on Reflectus and click the “OK” button;
  4. A password reset email will be sent to the email address provided;
  5. Open the email and click on the password reset link provided;
  6. If you have followed all the steps correctly, you will be redirected back to the Reflectus online platform where you will need to enter your new password.

 

 

If you do not receive or are unable to use the password reset link:

 

  • Please check carefully that you have entered your email address correctly;
  • If you don’t get the password reset link immediately, try waiting up to 10 minutes or check your junk mail folder;
  • If the link you received in the email is inactive (i.e. you can’t click on it), copy the link, paste it into your browser’s address bar and open it;

What is the purpose of the Reflectus application?

The Reflectus system is designed to facilitate, simplify, and automate reflection and feedback processes. The mobile app is required for students who want to join reflection groups, complete teachers’ reflection questionnaires, analyse their personal data and monitor their progress.

Where can I download the Reflectus application? How much does it cost?

The application can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.

 

The Reflectus APP is free to use.

On which devices can the Reflectus application be used?

The Reflectus application is designed for smartphones and tablets that support Android or iOS operating systems.

How can I create an account in Reflectus App?
  1. Download the Reflectus app to your smart device.
  2. When you open the app for the first time, you will be redirected to an account creation window where you will be asked to enter all the information you need – your name and email address.
  3. Click on the “Complete registration” button.

Notice. You can also log in to Reflectus App by linking Gmail, Facebook or Apple ID accounts.

Is it necessary to provide an email address when registering?

You must provide a valid email address when registering on Reflectus.

This is mandatory because:

  1. You can view your data on any smart device (i.e. you can see your entire Reflectus history by logging in on another smartphone or tablet);
  2. If you forget your Reflectus app password, a password reset link will be sent to your email address.

 

Notice. You can also register by linking your Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID accounts.

What if I forget my Reflectus app login password? Why didn't I get a password reset link?

If you have forgotten your Reflectus app login password:

  1. Open the Reflectus app;
  2. Click on the “Login” button and then on “Forgot your password?”;
  3. Enter the email address you used to register with Reflectus and click on the “Get New” button;
  4. A password reset email will be sent to the email address provided;
  5. Open the email and click on the password reset link in the email;
  6. If you have followed all the steps correctly, you will be redirected back to the Reflectus online platform where you will need to enter your new password.

If you do not receive or are unable to use the password reset link:

  • Please check carefully that you have entered your email address correctly;

I've encountered technical problems with the app. What should I do?

If you encounter technical problems with the Reflectus app, you can try one of the solutions below:

  1. Close and reopen the app. In many cases, users just put the app to sleep and reopen it. To close the app completely, you’ll need to open the list of apps running on your device, find the Reflectus app and turn it off.
  2. Restart (reboot) your smart device.
  3. Delete the app and download it again.

  • What was the problem;
  • When it happened (what action you tried to take and what action you took before);
  • What smart device you are using (type and model).
