I. Introduction:

  1. If you are no longer using the Reflectus mobile app and wish to have Student account deleted, you can request deletion by email.
  2. Reflectus app does not allow users to delete their accounts independently, so the process must be completed manually by email.

II. How to Delete a Student Account

  1. Since there is no in-app option to delete a student account, students or their parents/guardians should:
    • Send an email to: pagalba@reflectus.lt
  2. In the email, please include:
    • The student’s full name
    • The email address used to register the student’s account
    • A clear request to delete the account

III. What Does Account Deletion Mean?

  1. Once the student account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Group and questionnaire information
    • Reflection data
    • Any other information linked to the student’s account
  2. An account deletion is final and irreversible – once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

IV. Data Deletion Timeline

  1. Once the request is submitted, the account will be deleted within 5 business days, and all related data will be permanently removed within 30 calendar days, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
